HEPA vacuum then carpet sanitiser. Hospital grade wipe of the sink, taps, dispensers, mirror and handles, the desk and behind it, every chair including the doctor's, scales and step stool. Screen and electronics wipes on monitors, phones, printer, keyboard and mouse. Door handles, light switches and sills. Under and behind computers, under desks and under beds. Dispensers refilled from your stock, bins emptied and re-lined from liners we supply.

Every fortnight the room gets the full high touch sanitise: door jambs, frames, skirting, sills, behind and beneath the fixed furniture, and the residual protectant reapplied.

Medical devices are not touched, and nothing is moved on a doctor's desk.

A sanitation mop of the floor with a hospital grade disinfectant, and a wipe-down of every bench, handle, cupboard front, bin lid and foot pedal. Weekly, the room gets a dedicated sanitising pass covering the clinical bed surfaces, paper roll holder and frame, trolleys, step stools, scales, height measures and bins. Fortnightly, the bed frame, base and mattress cover are decontaminated, curtains and curtain rails are checked and wiped, and Forcefield 4in1 + Protector (ARTG 421991) is reapplied to the high touch points.

Pathology rooms are on the same schedule. Rooms the practice rents to visiting providers are included where that is agreed at the walkthrough.

The vaccine fridge, medicine storage, sharps and clinical waste stay with your team and your licensed contractor.

Desk, counters and the front panel wiped. PC, phones, keyboards, printers and screens with electronics wipes. Cupboards and the reception glass. Every waiting chair wiped with a disinfectant wipe, the entry door and its handles disinfected, the floor vacuumed or mopped. Children's play equipment wiped where the practice provides it.

Toilets, basins and taps cleaned with Sansol, a foaming heavy duty bathroom product, then disinfected. Floors mopped with hospital grade disinfectant. Dishes, benches and tabletops. Toilet paper, soap and hand towel restocked from your supply at every clinical sink and washroom, hand rub dispensers refilled with the product your practice supplies. Sanitary units wiped externally and collection flagged when due. Bins emptied, re-lined, and disinfected fortnightly.

Hard floors vacuumed and mopped. Carpet vacuumed with a sealed H13 HEPA machine, then sanitised with Actichem Biosan II at working dilution, a hospital grade disinfectant listed in the ARTG (AUST L 332364). Waiting and consulting chairs and other soft furnishings are treated with Glen 20, listed for soft as well as hard surfaces (ARTG 382090). Carpet is pre-tested at each site before the first treatment. A dedicated vacuum stays at your practice, which is what the RACGP infection prevention and control guidelines ask of a contract cleaner. Steam extraction of carpets and upholstery is an extra, quoted on request.

Hallways vacuumed and handles and switches wiped at every visit. Entry glass cleaned at every visit and cleaned floor to top monthly, along with skirting boards and washable walls.

A whole-of-practice ULV fog of Forcefield 4in1 + Protector, a hospital grade disinfectant listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, ARTG 421991, whose entry names ULV fogging as an application method. Done after hours inside the first two weeks, so the clinic starts from a treated baseline. An application record is left on site. Included at every clinic in the group program; single clinics can add it on request. Repeat treatments are scheduled on review.

A total release insect fogger set off after the clean once the practice is empty, and cleared and ventilated before you open, used strictly to the label and noted in the log. The products used state residual protection against re-infestation of up to six months, so treating every three months leaves no gap between treatments. Every quarter at no charge in the group program; single clinics can ask for it.

Where a treatment requires a licensed pest control operator under the Victorian public health regulations, we arrange and manage a licensed contractor and the treatment stays part of your program at no extra charge.

A ULV fog of Forcefield Mould Killer + Protector, applied after hours once the practice is empty and ventilated before opening, as the label directs. The manufacturer states up to 12 months protection against mould. Included at every clinic in the group program; single clinics can add it on request.

A mould treatment, not a disinfectant. It is separate from the hospital grade fog and is not part of the infection control program.

A Forcefield strip test on the treated high touch surfaces at every clinic, every month, to confirm the residual coating is still present. Anything that fails is re-treated on the same visit. The date, the surfaces tested and the result go into the log, so the practice holds a running record instead of a single certificate.

ATP swab testing, which returns a numeric pass or fail per surface and a trended monthly report, is available as an upgrade and quoted on request.

Carpet and upholstery steam extraction. Ambient odour control dispensers for reception and amenities. UV-C terminal treatment of a consulting room. One-off cleans before an accreditation visit, after a fit-out or between tenants. Anything else beyond the schedule, priced when you ask for it. Existing clinics can ask through the request form.
